After graduating from Kilpauk Medical College in the year 1977, he served for three years as a Medical Officer for a clinic catering exclusively to the medical needs of shipping companies. Even during the nascent stage of his career, he had dreamt of establishing a hospital of his own
In the late 70’s access to even the basic medical facilities was grossly inadequate or non-existent in many localities except in cities and their immediate neighbourhood. This presented him with a wonderful opportunity of realizing his dream of setting up a hospital and serve the needy. |
